Changes: Storm Jellyfish

Storm Jellyfish is a pre-hardmode boss that can be summoned using the Storm Jelly. The Storm Jellyfish flies around the screen attempting to charge at the player. Storm Jellyfish shoots electric bolts that inflict "Electrified" debuff and will occasionally shoot jellyfishes at the player.
