The Mechanical Brain is a summoning item used to summon the Motherboard at Night.

It also drops from any enemy with a 1/2500 drop chance, like other Mechanical Boss summons. This also happens in Corruption worlds, which means it is possible to fight the Motherboard in a Corruption world.
