Summoning
Frost King doesn't spawn itself, The only way to summon is to Frost Crown. He is summoned at night in the Snow Biome or Glacier.
Behavior
Frost King will attempt to chase down the player and sit atop them. It has several attacks to hinder the player to allow it to close the distance.

- The Frost King has four forms of attacks. Each are telegraphed by the motions in its hands.
- The first attack is a large square of icicles launched around Frost King. This is shown with its right hand up.
- The second attack is Similar to Ice Queens ice pulse, launching a crescent at the player applying the Chilled Debuff. This is shown with his left hand up.
